Summary
Extension to existing facility at RNLI Aberdovey Lifeboat Station
Datrys were asked to design the extension to the existing facility at the lifeboat station including new offices, mess rooms and boat stores. The structure comprised of a combination of portal frame steelwork, timber and load-bearing masonry on a reinforced concrete raft foundation on filled ground.

The lifeboat station is situated in the small village of Aberdovey on the north side of the Dyfi estuary and has operated for nearly 140 years.
