An extension of the boat-building facilities at Holyhead Marine Services
Datrys were Project Directors for an extension of the boat-building facility at Holyhead Marine Services. The structure comprised a 700m2 portal frame with 11m to eaves, and contained an overhead gantry crane. The slab was designed to carry a 100 ton capacity boat hoist. The extension of the existing portal frame entailed the strengthening of the foundations by designed ground anchors.
