Cedar Court, Colwyn Bay
The project involved the demolition of a dilapidated B&B property situated within extensive grounds and the construction of two apartment blocks accommodating 22 self-contained units over four floors. The buildings sit into the hillside above the town centre and front units have panoramic views over the coast.
Datrys provided full civil and structural engineering services for the development including the design of numerous retaining walls to the boundaries and within the site.
The project was a traditional build comprising cavity masonry walls, concrete floors, and trussed rafter roofs.
