COVID-19 Update for our Clients

Datrys have responded to government advice by inviting our staff to work from home where possible. Our IT infrastructure allows our staff uninterrupted access to our files and software wherever they work. We are therefore able to provide our full services to our clients. Latest Update

We have recently completed a particularly interesting 6-week coast protection project on the Llyn peninsula. The privately owned seawall fronted a sea-side property in Nefyn. A large hole suddenly appeared in front of the property and Datrys arranged the emergency stabilisation work to safeguard the house. Continue reading => Latest Update

Our New Home at Doc Fictoria

We are delighted to have moved into our two new office units at Doc Fictoria, Caernarfon which we see as being a fitting environment for what we do. It is a vibrant, modern area, especially with the recent expansion of Galeri. The facilities are a great example by Gwynedd Council of bringing a contaminated and derelict area back to life and into widespread use. Continue reading => Our New Home at Doc Fictoria

Summer News

We welcome three new members of staff who have started with us in the past few weeks. Tom and Stuart are based in Mold, where they will increase the services we provide locally and further develop and strengthen our presence in north-east Wales and North West England. What’s occurring

We’ve been busy over the last few months with a variety of projects. It’s welcome news that Housing and Regeneration Minister Rebecca Evans plans on reviewing Wales’ affordable housing provision. The review is intended to analyse the potential for increasing match funding as well as examining how partnerships between LAs and Housing Associations are currently working in practice.
