Our New Home at Doc Fictoria
We are delighted to have moved into our two new office units at Doc Fictoria, Caernarfon which we see as being a fitting environment for what we do. It is a vibrant, modern area, especially with the recent expansion of Galeri. The facilities are a great example by Gwynedd Council of bringing a contaminated and derelict area back to life and into widespread use.
It’s also very rewarding to be overlooking the Goleuad which we helped restore into offices and editing facilities for Cwmni Da as well as the pontoons in Victoria Dock. Our Caernarfon office was responsible for the design and project management of Phase 1 of the pontoon installation which proved so successful.
In leaving our old offices with their great views of sunsets over Abermenai we are proud to have supported Canolfan yr Aelwyd a social enterprise who were our landlord at Church Street, Caernarfon. The facility and office space within the walled town supports the local community and we’re very grateful to the Aelwyd team for their support over the years, as we have grown. They have accommodated us with flexibility and I hope our presence there has also helped the group. We wish them all the very best for the future.
All our staff are settled in very well here and we are pleased to offer them – and our clients – high quality office facilities. Meanwhile, our workload remains busy with numerous new projects in both Mold and Caernarfon – so back to work!
