Social Housing (30 unit site) – planning and design for drainage and waste water

Work has started on our 30-unit scheme for Adra, having been appointed by Williams Homes for planning input and detailed design. Datrys obtained S104 and S185 approvals for the development as well as S38 and SAB approvals.

The proposed offsite foul sewer entailed 600m length of new pipework. The route was complicated by a narrow road with significant existing infrastructure to navigate. Work started on site September 2024.
