Datrys is a small, friendly, established and progressive company with offices in Caernarfon and Mold which offers civil, structural and geotechnical engineering consultancy services across north Wales and beyond.
We have an immediate position for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist at our Caernarfon office.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all enquiries at our offices and support our team of engineers and technicians with frontline reception and administration support.
In the Administration/Receptionist role you’ll be involved with:
- Front of house duties including reception cover, taking calls and sign-posting to relevant contacts
- Accounts administration, project administration and HR administration
- Assisting with marketing and social media activities
- Administering and monitoring the Office Cleaning Contract and ensuring supplies of equipment and materials are adequate at all times
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following:
- Previous reception and administration experience
- Strong administration skills including data handling
- Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills
- Great external and internal customer service skills
