Crane for RWE at Mostyn
Summary
Datrys were commissioned to design two steel framed cantilever gantry cranes for the Port of Mostyn to allow supplies of up to 1 tonne in weight to be transported from the dockside to boats moored alongside pontoons within the water. The lattice box girders that project from the frames and support the crane rails were originally joined together and formed a bridge that Datrys designed several years before, for a previous project at the site
