Datrys offers Building Information Modelling (BIM), both Revit Structure and Civils 3D. BIM is a process of managing the use of digital 3D building models to facilitate collaboration in the design process. The model may contain all the information necessary to define the project design.

Along with our current CAD software, the use of BIM is beneficial in both the design and construction phases, improving quality, lowering costs and reducing schedules.

BIM can also allow for greater, more effective communication of the detail and quality of buildings between designers, construction workers, architects, etc.

It can also be used to perform analysis on such important elements as day lighting, thermal, structural and cost estimation at key points in the design and construction process.
