Datrys carried out the design of civils works associated with the new Enterprise Centre at Botwnnog on behalf of Tai Eryri. Works included the use of a large soakaway grid to run discharge from the car park to the ground.

The Enterprise Centre is the culmination of many years of work by individuals and organisations to secure a resource on the Llŷn Peninsula to stimulate, encourage and facilitate entrepreneurship locally.
Cymdeithas Tai Eryri was a charitable housing association and registered social landlord, governed by a Management Board consisting of 15 members, including local councillors and tenants.
Cymdeithas Tai Eryri merged with Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd in April 2014 to form Grŵp Cynefin, the only housing association to operate across all six North Wales counties plus north Powys.
